Most individuals and organizations focus on the left side of the equation -- the
goal of acquisition, achievement and accomplishment. They have left out the key
ingredient to achieving these goals -- Relational Intelligence. Relational
Intelligence is the people side of the equation. At some point, everyone becomes
relationally unconscious. This is when parts of our lives aren't going well
because we've neglected the people involved. It can happen at work, at home and
even with our friends. The Right Side of the Equation shows us how to reach our
goals by pursuing, pleasing and meeting the needs of the people around us.
