Church Assessment Questionnaire
This questionnaire is designed to work in conjunction with the material presented in Dr. Gil Stieglitz’ Growing a Healthy and Vibrant Church Seminar… The various systems of the church will be examined through this questionnaire. Hard but necessary questions will be asked of Pastors and Lay Leaders in the church. Possible solutions will be presented to the defective systems. This survey is designed to point out all the defective systems. A priority structure should be set up to fix the various systems in order of what needs to be accomplished.
